Role Overview:

Could you be our next Organizational Culture Coordinator? Globe Life is looking for an Organizational Culture Coordinator to join the team!

 

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of a range of human resources functions. The Culture Coordinator will conduct various administrative services for the Culture and Organizational Development Team, including but not limited to, planning, organizing, and executing on initiatives, projects, events, and requests as needed. The Organizational Culture Coordinator fosters a positive workplace environment by participating in the development of employee engagement initiatives and promoting a culture of belonging, respect, and collaboration. This role supports a wide variety of initiatives and programs that equip an environment where employees are empowered to flourish in their careers.

 

This is an on-site position located in McKinney, TX.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of Organizational Culture initiatives, programs, and events.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of Mosaic and Employee Engagement programs and events.
  • Coordinate the implementation of special projects related to the team or by assignment.
  • Coordinate and manage communications related to Mosaic and Employee Engagement activities, initiatives, and events.
  • Work closely with the Knowledge Management team to identify, create, and maintain documents and artifacts.
  • Facilitate and participate in on-site events, including set up and tear down.
  • Create visual presentations for Mosaic and Employee Engagement events using various tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Visme.
  • Participate in the curation and facilitation of various Mosaic programmatic elements, including prepping presenters, facilitating trivia sessions, etc.
  • Function as the primary point of contact for all Globe Life Employee Resource Groups, including liaison for communications, subject matter expert for roadmap planning, and facilitation of new and updated charters.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment, while occasionally managing multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and performing a variety of tasks under the direction of the Manager of Organizational Culture.
  • Travel to other office sites as needed.

 

What You Can Bring:

  • High school diploma required. Completion of some post-high school courses in applicable topics is preferred.
  • Proven skill in analyzing data to extract and communicate meaningful insights.
  • Experience building presentations using MS PowerPoint, Visme, or similar tools.
  • Experience building charts/graphs using MS Excel or similar tools.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Willingness and capacity to learn new tools as needed.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and/or departments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity to working with individuals and groups representing a wide range of diverse cultural, disability, ethnic, geographic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Acute attention to detail and robust administrative skills.
  • Proactive, energetic, and creative.
