I recently completed the first couple of weeks of onboarding as a beginning agent. I want to share that the staff is very supportive, the training covers all the topics you will need to know and there is strong ongoing following support to aide in continuing success.

This position has taught me so much in my 9+ year career. I have been blessed to learn a great deal in running an agency, but also about being a more disciplined individual.
