Note: To attend the Family Heritage Leadership Academy, you must meet minimum requirements and be approved by your Agency Owner and Division President. The Sales Professional will be responsible for their travel costs to re-attend a class and Family Heritage will cover hotel and meals. All courses must be completed on progressive order. Discuss your leadership goals with your Agency Owner and apply accordingly.

101: Foundations of Agency Building

The foundational skills for the Triple Threat activities required in Agency Building are a strong base in our time-tested sales and field activity system.  This course will solidify these fundamentals as well as introduce the fundamentals of personal recruiting and field training to prepare you for a successful start to your Agency Builder career.

201: Fundamentals of Agency Building

Learn the key skills and responsibilities at the Field Director level as you begin your climb up the Career Track. Field training, sales leadership, and personal recruiting specific to leading in the field are the focus for building foundational skills as you advance your Agency Builder career.

Masters: The Way to Agency Owner Success

This course builds on the previous courses and delivers the highest level of training needed to become a successful Agency Owner.

In the Masters Course, you will take a deep dive into your current business practices to determine how to best develop and support your current and future leaders, manage recruiting growth and submitting agent count, and scale agency growth for advancement to Agency Owner.
