Every time you make a sale, a percentage of the premium paid on the policy each month is credited to you. After you make the initial sale, you will receive this renewal, based on the vesting provisions of the contract, month in and month out as long as the policyholder continues to pay their premium. In addition to the on-the-job training, we also provide Leadership Academies throughout the year hosted at the Home Office in McKinney, Texas. Leadership Academy is held throughout the year and is geared toward many different agent levels. These seminars are full of valuable information on how to lead and strengthen a successful agency.

In April 2012, we launched our long-term humanitarian project, extending our commitment to the community by making financial and service contributions to programs that provide hands-on assistance in the communities where we live, work, serve and visit.
#8: National Visibility in Sports Marketing
Since the 2019 NFL season, Globe Life has been the Official Life Insurance of the Dallas Cowboys. That agreement comes with commercial airtime and signage at AT&T Stadium. In 2014, Globe Life signed an agreement with the Texas Rangers for the naming rights and became the Official Life Insurance of the Texas Rangers. Globe Life continued its sponsorship through 2048 with the Rangers and signed an additional naming rights sponsorship for the new Globe Life Field. Globe Life Field, cost around $1.2 billion to build, and is the most expensive state-of-the-art MLB ballpark ever built. Globe Life also sponsors a Major League Soccer team (FC Dallas) and a minor league hockey team (the Allen Americans), plus tested a sponsorship with Conference USA NCAA sports in 2018.
