Being able to actively listen, multi-task, and speak Spanish may be helpful qualities. You might consider being a customer service representative in the insurance industry if you have strong customer service skills, are empathetic to customers, and use a computer to document service call resolutions.

To become a life insurance agent, you'll need to obtain an insurance license in your state of residence and in each state that you want to sell life insurance in.
