American Income/National Income Life's Leadership Academy series offers comprehensive training on all aspects of leadership, from basic skills to the finer points of Agency building. Qualifying agents are invited to experience these exciting workshops where you’ll learn to:

The AIL/NILICO Leadership Academy enables agents to network with others at their level, as well as engage in question and answer sessions with American Income Life/National Income Life rock stars.

101: Fundamentals of Agency Building

Leadership 101 is the first step on American Income Life’s / National Income Life's management career path. This course serves to introduce future AIL/NILICO leaders to Training New Agents pre & post release, agent retention, building and maintaining a winning culture, basics of recruiting and Talent management.
