Role Overview:

Could you be our next Director of Recruiting? Globe Life is looking for a Director of Recruiting to join the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Liberty National in achieving or exceeding all company recruiting objectives. This would be accomplished by working with the Senior Director of Recruiting and the Senior Executive Team. These objectives include, but are not limited to, weekly hires, codes, and pipeline management.

This is a remote/work-from-home position.

What You Will Do:

  • Inspect, analyze, and improve the company’s weekly hires at the agency, director, and company level.
  • Manage the code process to hit or exceed objectives at the agency, director, and company level.
  • Lead, guide, and direct the Directors team in all aspects of recruiting.
  • Work one-on-one with Directors to help them become experts in the recruiting process.
  • Inspect the pipeline process to ensure a profitable hiring process at all levels.
  • Understand and demonstrate efficiencies with the Epic Recruiting CRM.
  • Manage and grow assigned territory (if applicable).
  • Work with Concierge and agencies to improve the process.
  • Forecast recruiting volume and resource needs at the agency, region and company level.
  • Inspect hiring and code process for accuracy.
  • Assist with planning and execution of live recruiting trainings and sessions for meetings.
  • Keep up to date with and help vet recruiting vendors.
  • Help promote all recruiting incentives and contests.

What You Can Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of Sales Director Experience.
  • Globe Life field-based experience (AD Level or above).
  • Clear knowledge of the recruiting process for both in-person and virtual recruitment.
  • Working knowledge of all recruiting related reports including dashboard.
  • Working knowledge of RMS.
  • Working knowledge of Epic Recruiting CRM.
