Role Overview:

Could you be our next New Business Scanning Specialist? Globe Life is looking for a New Business Scanning Specialist to join the team!

 

In this role, you will be responsible for retrieving and sorting mail, handling interoffice mail, scanning applications from mail and/or email, and mail out Underwriting correspondence.  Maintain reports on OnBase daily and having policies pulled as needed by Customer Care. Scanning and sending corrected policies to GMS to be mailed. Work exception reports for polices/applications in OnBase with no name or missing information. Scanning applications and help validate and verify applications in Intelligent Capture. Responsible for emailing the Agency Owners and Quality Managers when an application needs to be updated or resent. Helping with policy prints as needed. Work ADP policies in Resonant.

This is an on-site role located in McKinney, TX.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Open, sort, print and code Applications from mail, faxes, SFTP, and emails.
  • Scan all applications to Captiva and scan all Customer Care policies sent to New Business.
  • Validate and Verify applications in Intelligent Capture.
  • Send OnBase reports daily to Customer Care.
  • Ensure any money received at Home Office is logged and sent to correct team to process.                                                                        
  • Review and sort mail that is delivered to NB.
  • Mailing letters to agents and clients from Underwriting.
  • Work ADP applications in Resonant daily.
  • Other duties as required.

 

What You Can Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred 1 year in a job requiring similar skill set.
  • Insurance Experience a Plus.
  • Office admin experience a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.                                                                                                                        
  • Must have excellent organization skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Must be very detail oriented.
  • Microsoft office required, strong Excel skills. 
  • Quick learner and ability to have excellent attention to detail. 
  • Ability to demonstrate productivity without supervision.
  • Must have the ability to work in a team environment, quickly assess problems and find workable solutions.
  • Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.

  • LOMA 281
  • Business Email Etiquette
