Role Overview:

Could you be our next Employer Brand Specialist? Globe Life is looking for an Employer Brand Specialist to join the team!

 

In this role, you will join the Human Resources Department in a position dedicated to positioning Globe Life as a nationally recognized employer of choice. You will work with HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and other partners to develop, coordinate, and manage large-scale projects that advance and achieve this mission to help advance the company’s talent acquisition and retention strategy. 

 

This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).

 

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and other teams on how to maximize talent recruiting and retention efforts across all company initiatives and programs through multimedia channels including print, digital, web, and social media.
  • Help create and manage talent acquisition marketing strategies and communications.
  • Help plan, establish, and oversee the company's employee recruiting/employee culture-related social media presence on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other related employment and branding websites such as globelifeinsurance.com/Careers, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
  • Utilize and articulate the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), brand voice, tone, message, and story into the entire employee journey.
  • Guide Talent Acquisition on how best to market Globe Life as an employer of choice throughout the hiring process, such as visual representation at career fairs, brochures, job descriptions, resources for hiring managers, and on-campus resources.
  • Analyze and monitor campaign performance in alignment with hiring and retention objectives.
  • Identify and monitor key metrics to evaluate effectiveness of employment branding efforts across all programs and channels, and report findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Make recommendations to maximize investment toward recruitment and retention marketing for improved candidate and employee experience.
  • Balance business-partnering skills with employee advocacy.
  • Position yourself as an employer brand steward and advocate. 

 

What You Can Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or similar concentration.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Marketing with a focus in Employer Branding.
  • Have a basic understanding of Talent Acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to think out-of-the-box, test boundaries, and ask thought-provoking questions to build appropriate strategies and communications that align with business objectives.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategies and channels, including social media.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong creative and critical thinking skills and ability to analyze ROI.
