Role Overview:

Could you be our next Vendor Quality Control & Onboarding Coordinator? Globe Life is looking for a Vendor Quality Control & Onboarding Coordinator to join the team!

 

In this role, you will be responsible for a full range of activities related to sourcing, onboarding, and monitoring third-party lead generation vendors, including, but not limited to, conducting market research to identify potential vendors, following standard vetting procedure to help ensure vendor marketing materials and marketing practices are compliant, and performing quality control monitoring to help ensure third-party lead gen vendors remain compliant. Tracking and communicating statuses and results is also required.

 

This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, Texas (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).

 

What You Will Do:

  • Work with team members and cross functional departments to source, vet, and onboard new vendors.
  • Create, organize, and maintain a catalog of all vendors/marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments and third-party vendors to get marketing materials approved.
  • Create reports to track statuses/results of sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and quality control monitoring.
  • Organize and lead meetings to present status updates and results.
  • Prepare and analyze daily reports regarding lead rejects and other data.
  • Perform quality assurance audits to help maintain/improve lead quality and help ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory/contractual requirements and company standards.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

What You Can Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Relevant work experience a plus but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
