Role Overview:

Could you be our next Operations Coordinator? Globe Life is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the team!

 

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in identifying and solving issues relating to the performance of leads distribution operations. This role involves tasks such as analyzing data, optimizing processes, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that project goals are met within established timelines. Additionally, this Operations Coordinator may prepare reports and help resolve any issues that arise during the Enterprise Leads project lifecycle. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

 

This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, Texas (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).

 

What You Will Do:

  • Identify gaps in data that prevent us from effectively distribute leads.
  • Support creating lead campaigns and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the system.
  • Recommend and update processes to improve leads distribution performance and accuracy.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned and respond to a variety of planned and ad hoc requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
  • Communicates project progress, updates, and results to stakeholders and leadership on a regular basis.
  • Document and update standard operating procedures for all lead management processes.

 

What You Can Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or comparable experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years related work experience preferred.
  • Experience using lead routing tool a plus.
  • Must possess appropriate levels of proficiency with utilized software and systems and ability to learn new software/systems.
  • Ability to be highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
