Role Overview:
Could you be our next Address Change Clerk? Globe Life is looking for an Address Change Clerk to join the team!
In this role, you will be responsible for handling returned mail due to a forwarding address not being on file, as well as mail with an expired forwarding time. The Address Change Clerk performs their job in compliance with all company-standard operating procedures.
This is a hybrid position located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
What You Will Do:
- Perform research to obtain new addresses on returned mail by primarily utilizing an external 3rd party database.
- Make address changes based upon information received from a policyholder or because of research performed.
- Follow company-specific address change guidelines and procedures.
- Stuff envelopes, create address labels, and apply address labels.
- Maintain production records of work performed and must meet the minimum production quotas set by the department.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What You Can Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Some business experience or working in a production environment is helpful.
- Must be pc/Windows literate and possess a working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Data entry and 10-key skills by touch and sight.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Ability to meet production deadlines.
