Role Overview:

  • Are you an experienced Identity Access Management Analyst?  Globe Life is seeking multiple independent contractors for a long-term assignment.
  • In this contracted function, the IAM Analyst will be ensuring the Identity Access Management (IAM) platform and identity ecosystem are performing as required, and that all security, regulatory and business policy requirements are met.
  • This function will also be analyzing access requests and working with the business as needed to grant access and ensure the concept of least privilege are maintained.  The contract analyst will perform troubleshooting, as well as document processes to ensure the security tools meet or exceed required performance.

This is a remote contract opportunity.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Perform creation and verification of new accounts using IAM tools for all systems within scope.
  • Maintain access by analyzing access requests, gather additional requirements from the requestor, to add, update, or remove access while ensuring the concept of least privileges and role-based provisioning.
  • Complete Quality Control reviews and audits on both user and group access.
  • Perform follow-up on access requests to confirm issue resolution.
  • Provide 1st level access support via E-Mail, phone, and ITSM.
  • Identify, correct, or advise on 2nd level access issues with client systems.
  • Provide 2nd level support to the helpdesk on Password Management for network and mainframe accounts as needed.
  • Create documentation for common access processes.
  • Perform backup duties as needed for peer role coverage.
  • Other duties as may be asked by management.

 

What You Can Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in Identity Access Management.
  • Previous experience with Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
  • Detailed understanding of Active Directory, 2-factor authorization, Web Single Sign-On and associated best practices.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Innovative analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and other electronic communications.
  • High level of enthusiasm, persistence and work efficiently.
  • Excellent oral communication, technical writing, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to be open to feedback, suggestions & to share ideas.
  • Proficiency with MS Office productivity tools.
