Role Overview:

Are you a creative thinker with an eye for clean, impactful design? Globe Life is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team.

In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life across a broad range of print and digital projects. We’re looking for a design-minded problem solver who thrives on balancing creativity with brand consistency. To succeed here, you’ll need sharp typography and color instincts, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and exceptional attention to detail. Flexibility, openness to feedback, and a team-first mindset are essential.

This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).

What You Will Do:

·       Design a wide range of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, magazines, ads, banners, emails, and presentations.

·       Apply our brand identity systems with precision while finding creative ways to expand and evolve them within established guidelines.

·       Contribute to a culture of creativity by sharing your knowledge and design expertise with the team.

·       Communicate proactively with internal clients, ensuring thorough follow-up and accountability to meet deadlines and project expectations.

·       Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently with strong initiative and minimal supervision.

 

What You Can Bring:

·       A degree in graphic design or equivalent experience, supported by 3+ years of professional design experience.

·       A portfolio that demonstrates a strong blend of corporate and creative design work.

·       Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

·       Experience with style guides and branding.

·       Experience working within brand systems and style guides.

·       Strong command of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.

·       Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

·       A client-focused mindset, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

 

Nice to Have, But We’ll Teach You:

·       Familiarity with Adobe Workfront.
