Role Overview:
Could you be our next VP, Sales Operations? Globe Life is looking for a VP, Sales Operations to join the team!
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the administrative and operational function related to the day-to-day growth of the company. Duties include but are not limited to field-facing technology, quality and profitability, budgeting and expense management, compensation change planning and implementation, and event planning and execution.
This is an on-site position located in McKinney, Texas.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the administrative team to execute key strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the field force on administrative issues.
- Serve as the primary liaison for key home office departmental partners.
- Oversee all technological platforms to ensure company growth.
- Develop, oversee, and communicate key initiatives to the CEO and President.
- Drive key quality and conservation metrics to improve bottom-line profitability.
- Provide ongoing leadership development for direct report to aid career growth and skill development.
- Work with senior leadership to enhance their market’s results.
- Assist President with budgeting, projections, and expense management.
- Assist with event planning and execution.
What You Can Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years of insurance industry experience.
- 4+ years management experiences required.
- Understanding of our company’s core drivers of growth: recruiting, training, and leadership development.
- Ability to clearly communicate data into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines.
- Ability to make adjustments and think independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Work, Outlook) and Salesforce.
- Strong public speaking skills.
