Role Overview:

Could you be our next VP, Sales Operations? Globe Life is looking for a VP, Sales Operations to join the team!

 

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the administrative and operational function related to the day-to-day growth of the company. Duties include but are not limited to field-facing technology, quality and profitability, budgeting and expense management, compensation change planning and implementation, and event planning and execution.

 

This is an on-site position located in McKinney, Texas.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the administrative team to execute key strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the field force on administrative issues.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for key home office departmental partners.
  • Oversee all technological platforms to ensure company growth.
  • Develop, oversee, and communicate key initiatives to the CEO and President.
  • Drive key quality and conservation metrics to improve bottom-line profitability.
  • Provide ongoing leadership development for direct report to aid career growth and skill development.
  • Work with senior leadership to enhance their market’s results.
  • Assist President with budgeting, projections, and expense management.
  • Assist with event planning and execution.

 

What You Can Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years of insurance industry experience.
  • 4+ years management experiences required.
  • Understanding of our company’s core drivers of growth: recruiting, training, and leadership development.
  • Ability to clearly communicate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to make adjustments and think independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Work, Outlook) and Salesforce.
  • Strong public speaking skills.
