Role Overview:

Could you be our next Online Reputation Specialist? Globe Life is looking for an Online Reputation Specialist to join the team!

 

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of the online reputation management strategy for Globe Life and its divisions through a variety of tasks and projects including customer and agent review management as well as maintaining the company’s online reputation management tool.

 

The Online Reputation Specialist will spend most of the day in the online reputation management tool, monitoring and responding to company reviews, compiling review and survey data, identifying trends, and creating reports. The Online Reputation Specialist will use findings to make recommendations in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

 

Key factors for success include strong written communication skills, intuitive discretionary thinking, comfort with ambiguity, an analytical ability to draw conclusions and correlations, excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects, and reliability to see all efforts through to completion.

 

This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).

 

What You Will Do:

  • Monitoring and responding to corporate reviews.
  • Monitoring and assisting with responses to agency reviews.
  • Processing internal data for tool to promote reviews from policyholders and agents. 
  • Compiling and analyzing review survey results for multiple agency locations.
  • Creating and completing online reputation reports.
  • Onboarding agents into the online reputation management tool.
  • Tracking and analyzing online reputation results and trends.
  • Maintaining data in reputation management tool.
  • Auditing agent usage of reputation management tool.
  • Completing other duties as assigned by management.

 

What You Can Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years work experience or more than 3-years closely related experience.
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills: writing formulas, creating pivot tables, and doing data transformations.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience using Birdeye, YEXT or similar reputation management software.
  • Skilled in the use of other Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Experience within the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of standard protocols and key trends in reputation management.
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills.
  • Expertise in building internal relationships and maintaining clear and consistent communication.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain performance reports.
  • Comfort with working in teams and independently.
  • Strong writing and grammar skills.
  • Adept at participating in and creating online meetings.
  • General knowledge of the local digital marketing best practices.
