In this role, you’ll help shape how our brand shows up in the world. You’ll be the driving force behind a talented creative team that thrives on collaboration, brings clarity through design, and builds meaningful connections through visual storytelling.

This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).

What You Will Do:

  • ·       Lead and mentor a team of designers to produce high-quality, brand-aligned creative work, while fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • ·       Contribute hands-on design work (especially for high-impact campaigns or when your creative fingerprint can make a difference.)
  • ·       Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to bring strategic campaigns and creative initiatives to life.
  • ·       Help evolve and maintain the visual brand system across platforms and touchpoints.
  • ·       Oversee daily workflow, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality creative assets that meet business objectives.
  • ·       Optimize creative processes and tools to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and quality across the design team.

What You Can Bring:

  • ·       A strong creative portfolio and proven experience developing visually compelling, strategic work.
  • ·       1–3 years of creative team management experience, with a knack for balancing people leadership and project execution.
  • ·       Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) and comfort in MS Office.
  • ·       Sharp design sensibility with expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • ·       Strong communication and collaboration skills (you know how to give and receive feedback, lead discussions, and build trust.)
  • ·       A proactive mindset and creative problem-solving skills (you don’t wait for solutions; you help invent them.)

Nice to Have, But We’ll Teach You:

·       Familiarity with Adobe WorkFront.

Applicable To All Employees of Globe Life Family of Companies:

  • ·       Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.
  • ·       Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications.

  • ·       Robust life insurance benefits and retirement plans, including company-matched 401k and pension plan.
  • ·       Wellness club reimbursements and gym discounts to help you stay on top of your health.
  • ·       Paid holidays and time off to support a healthy work-life balance.
