Fraud Alert

Globe Life Careers Consumer Safety Alert

Recruitment fraud targets job seekers through fake job listings and fraudulent offers. Help protect yourself by knowing these warning signs:

  • Unsolicited Job Contacts: Be cautious of outreach about applications you haven't submitted. For independent contractor sales roles, local Globe Life agency offices may contact candidates with public resumes on job board sites such as CareerBuilder and ZipRecruiter.
  • Payment Red Flags: Globe Life never requests payment for corporate employment applications. For independent contractor sales positions, legitimate licensing fees will be clearly explained during the official contracting process.
  • Personal Information Requests: Exercise caution with requests for sensitive details like banking information or passport data, especially for corporate positions. Sales agent roles require specific documentation that will be explained during the official recruitment process.
  • Third-Party Engagement: Be wary if asked to contact external parties like banks, travel agencies, or immigration services. Globe Life does not make such requests.

If You Suspect Fraud:

  • Report suspicious activity to SIU@Globe.Life with relevant evidence.
  • Consider filing reports with local police and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (ic3.gov).

For verification of legitimate offers, contact Globe Life HR at AskHR@globe.life.
